One month and counting…
One month until New York today. So far I´m going to see Chick Corea (1 time), Stanley Clarke Band with Hiromi (2 times) and Roger Waters (2 times). I´m meeting up with some people from KISS´ past for some interviews, I´m doing a *real* KISS pilgrimage this time, going out to Amityville and Queens aswell as walking through all of Manhattan. I think I´m going to need a vacation after this trip…..
Today´s thought: I think Mike Portnoy might very well be the most sincere and kindhearted artist on this earth.

2010 fall shows
This fall is looking good, my New York-trip will be killer but there are numerous small gigs back here too… Jim Kerr´s Lostboy should be good, I´m thinking about Watain, Mountain (with openers Asoka!) and I will definitely see Bo Kaspers in Copenhagen. Now if only Robyn could book that swedish tour…..
Today I´m all into Brian Robertson though. A new album has been recorded and I think it´s about time it gets released! Robbo – we need ya!!

Top 5
People sometimes ask me which shows I liked the best, even which singular show I think has been the best. The question is hard, nigh on impossible to answer since the thing that makes one gig great is meaningless at the next. Everything is about the emotion at that precise moment in time when you´re standing in the audience, being blown away by the performer in front of you. Just for the heck of it though, here´s a list of 5 concerts which changed my life in a direction it might not have gone had I not seen this particular gig:
1. Return To Forever – Budapest, july 2008: The beginning of a wonderful relationship with Chick Corea and Stanley Clarke and their music.
2. Jon Lord – Hamburg, february 2005: Stunningly beautiful music performed in a way that left me happily bewildered for years to come.
3. KISS – Köpenhamn, september 1988: My first *real* concert, the only time I got to see the *real* KISS i.e. the KISS that I grew up with and the KISS that couldn´t relax and rely on the past but who struggled each night to keep it up.
4. Robyn – Göteborg, august 2009: Few artists can compete with what she does, she´s an artist if there ever was one. Integrity, belief, love for what she does and respect for herself, her music and for us – the fans. I´ve been there every step of her career and I´m damn proud of it.
5. Marillion Weekend, march 2009: Three gigs three nights in a row, over 7 hours of music, the best band in the world today and GOD I wish I was back there.
There you have it. Not necessarily the best 5 gigs but probably the most important. Ah, sod it, probably the best 5 too….

Almost done!
Finally, almost all the dates have been added. I have a couple of theatrevisits still to do, just have to sort them out.
Incidentally, after having had a quick look through the list – if anyone finds my life out there, please let me know. I think I lost it somewhere.

A new era begins…
Ah, the days of my old homepage is long gone, but I´ve been looking for a way to get the shows and setlists from the gigs I´ve seen online again. Indulging myself in shameless selfpromotion has always been a guiding star and finally I got the opportunity to let the world take part of my concert history once more.
I hope this page will be of referential interest to some, maybe it´ll help someone out, maybe not. I´ve just started working on it so bear with me until it´s finished. It´ll take some time, I´m sure, but we´ll get there.
This wouldn´t have happened at all were it not for mr. Blunder, I thank you. And thanks to Andy at Spinechained (www.andyflash.se/spinechained.htm) for keeping the nightlight burning with his great page.
